I was on twitter in 2006.

What fantasy and d&d means to me and why it bothers me that both Gygax and Arneson are gone and I never got to meet either one of them.

Without Action

Not praising the worthy prevents contention,
Not esteeming the valuable prevents theft,
Not displaying the beautiful prevents desire.

In this manner the sage governs people:
Emptying their minds,
Filling their bellies,
Weakening their ambitions,
And strengthening their bones.

If people lack knowledge and desire
Then they can not act;
If no action is taken
Harmony remains.

Jeremy Williams, super producer, did a bunch of music for the PC Gamer and Maximum PC No BS podcasts. When work required him to leave those projects, he released those tracks under a CC license. Unfortunately, since then the domain where he had them posted has returned to the wild so I don’t know where to link his attributions. I used track 09_Play & 06_Slither.

  1. I like the way the shows are evolving.
    You are so right about TekDiff. If you like that you will also enjoy Bell’s in the Batfry. http://thebatfry.com Another fun romp through AD that is a lot of fun. (And my kids like it also.)

  2. I don’t know why I’ve been resistant to tasting the Batfry. If you can compare Batfry to TekDiff, I need to get over it and fast.

    Oh, and thanks for listening. Nutter. :)
