I’m not sure what is wrong with the combination of the Random Signal podcast, ZiePod, MediaMonkey, and my Sansa Clip… but I get about 3 seconds in and it skips out.  I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the files either three or four times and as far as I can tell, the file is complete at something like 80megs. I haven’t (yet) tried playing it off of my big box computer, but it just will not play nicely with my Clip.

In the same vane, Love Long and Prosper’s latest episode played in s

mo.  It was the same slow speed from begining to end.  And when I say s

I meant so slow that I can’t even figure out what is being said.  I’ve deleted that file and re-downloaded it, so hopefully today I’ll find out if it is something with me, or just that particular time I grabbed the file.

  1. That is odd. I wonder why my podcast would do that. Hope the file worked for you the second time around. =)

    • I re-d/l’ed the episode, but I forgot to put it on my Clip. Oops! I’m already having an issue with an episode of Random Signal, so I am pre-supposing this is some sort of codec vs. the Sansa Clip problem.

Hmm, I should load both onto my iRiver Clix and see if that works better. Then I would at least know where the issue is coming from.
