  1. People have scrunched the words together, but we’ve always considered them as two separate words:  The Podge Cast.  If I’ve combined them somewhere, it was a typo.

    I usually just abbreviate:  TPC.  :)

    1. I have the power.  I call for Adam (see 3) and voila! He appears!  =)
    2. Thanks for the clarification. I’ve seen it four different ways (with or without “the”, with or without spaces”).
    3. My bad.  I couldn’t remember “David.”
