Going 13mm/sec too fast
The American Institute of Physics reports some anomalies to the velocity of the NEAR asteroid rendevous craft. I’m not very clear on just what this means, since the update makes it sound like all spacecraft trajectories are off but doesn’t specifically mention any examples beyond the NEAR.
